Within 30 days — Quality Issues
If your Moprobo develops a defect that prevents normal use (not caused by misuse or accidental damage), please contact us immediately. To protect your warranty rights, do not attempt to repair or disassemble the product yourself.
We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for the return and a full refund of the product (please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Alternatively, you may choose to use our two-year warranty service, which offers free repair or replacement. Based on your case, we will provide the most suitable solution to ensure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
Within 30 days — No Quality Issues
We understand you may have changed your mind. If you simply did not enjoy the cleaning performance or user experience of Moprobo, you can still return the product within 30 days for a refund.
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days as long as the product is in its original condition. However, please note that the return shipping cost would need to be covered by you, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
2. How do I request a return?

- The reason for return (please include photos or videos that clearly show the issue, to help us review and process your request)
Once we verify your request and receive the returned product, we will confirm by email and process your refund within 7 business days.
Important: While we are proud to offer a flexible return policy, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, such as frequent returns without reason, intentional damage, or other misconduct.
3. Moprobo two-year warranty
Moprobo provides a two-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase. If you need repair or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Email support@moprobo.com
- Provide information: Include your order number, the affected product, and a short description of the issue with photos or videos.
- We'll take care of it: We will first guide you through troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide free repair or replacement under the warranty.
Warranty does not cover:
- Accidental or intentional damage, misuse, or improper maintenance.
- Examples of improper use include:
(1) Cleaning solution: Damage caused by using industrial or commercial cleaning solutions that corrode internal components. (We recommend using Moprobo's self-developed cleaning solution, which ensures no damage to the internal components and helps extend the product's lifespan.)
(2)Height restriction: Forcing the unit into spaces under 14 cm, which may cause casing wear. (Machine'Cleaning module height is 14 cm.)
(3)Improper top cover removal (M1 Gold): Lifting the top cover incorrectly and causing breakage. (Correct removal: Lift the top cover completely from the top of the cleaning module, instead of prying it open from the bottom.）
(4)Unlocked head movement: Carrying the machine upstairs or over thresholds without locking the head, which may result in axle damage.
(5)Incorrect rinsing: Exposing parts beyond the recommended rinse area to water, leading to internal water damage. (Safe rinse areas: middle frame and cleaning belt region only.)
Valid proof of purchase and evidence of the issue are required to claim warranty service. Our goal is to ensure you enjoy your Moprobo products with full confidence and peace of mind.

Surprisingly good. I am impressed at how well it cleans up mess. The self propulsion is pretty strong. The only thing I want to do is lower the volume of the announcements when I put it back on the stand.
I have all tile floors with 5 dogs and a cat. I was so tired of the back breaking work that come from using a standard mop and bucket. Moprobo saves me so much time and effort and does a great job of cleaning up my grungy floors. I do however wish it would clean closer to the baseboards. Overall, I LOVE it!
